On August 4-5, 2023, approximately 400 management personnels of Bondex Group participated in the 2023 Half Year Work Conference & New CEO Inauguration. This conference focuses on the long-term development of Bondex Group, with deep consideration and complete implementation to our work resolution of "promoting organizational change and achieving strategic upgrade".
At the meeting, Mr. Tang Hai, the chairman of Bondex, reviewed the significant milestone events in the nearly 30 years of development of Bondex Group, each representing its transformation and growth. Currently, Bondex has built up a relatively sound business network, covering major domestic economic regions as well as overseas key markets such as Southeast Asia and North America, and an all-round product system, promoting its market recognition, customer serving quality, and further enhancing the ability to design and deliver solutions. At the same time, the Group's organizational and management level is also improving constantly. For the future, Mr. Tang is full of confidence that the new management team will lead Bondex to move forward bravely and reach new heights.
Ms. Zhou Shouhong, the newly appointed CEO, delivered an inaugural speech titled "The Power of Belief". Ms. Zhou stated that "with collective efforts, there is nothing that cannot be defeated; with collective wisdom, there is nothing that cannot be achieved." She and her team will bear in mind the corporate mission of "driving supply chain with technology to create greater value", and strive to build a powerful working team that will win in all battles, create values for customers, and make the organization full of vitality. In the next three years, Bondex will comprehensively promote business growth strategies, consolidate the foundation, expand business scale, improve profit margins, continuously optimize costs, enhance end-to-end service capabilities, and achieve the corporate vision of "becoming a leading supply chain logistics service provider in China" as soon as possible.
The market environment in 2023 is not optimistic, and the development prospects are influenced by various factors. The logistics industry is facing a relatively severe situation, and the entire industry is constantly changing and developing towards a chain-oriented and platform-oriented direction. Faced with the constantly changing market environment, Bondex will take active actions to cope with the changes and forge ahead. At the meeting, Director Wang Jiafen also put forward new hopes and requirements on behalf of the board of directors. We need to implement the group strategies more firmly, promote our thirst for knowledge through continuous learning, our insight into simplifying complexity, our charisma to gather talents, and our ability to innovate with creative thinking. With the implementation of the strategies above, we will make constant efforts to help “Made in China” go global.
